DENIAL

Every day we meet all sorts of people.   Some leave us wondering.   Maybe even we are one of those ourselves.    Yet, it is cause for reflection.

Recently I was shopping in Costco.   I started a conversation with the man in front of me.   As the conversation progressed, we sat down and drank our drinks.   He having noticed the cross on my neck commented on the fact that I am Catholic.   Since it is a tridentine cross, he assumed as much.     Whereby he started to comment on the church and how it has changed.    I told him the center of the church remains: Jesus Christ is the heart of the Mass!

After that remark He went on to say, He was not familiar or in agreement with the changes.   Whereby I told him where the ‘low Mass’ is available ( Latin Mass).   He was speechless and had no more excuses to not return to the Mass.    I went on to explain Jesus is in the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist and regardless of which Mass, the LORD is still present.

Whether or not the man returns to his faith, I do not know.   However, people have excuses, and denial is there president.    They are unaware of evils impact upon them.

Evil is within any and all circumstances.  Evil has no favorites, but delights in confusing and convincing any and all against God.

If God is not first and the center to our life, then God will be ignored!   For sure and for certain.    For He should be more important than rising to go to work in the morning.   For God is the reason we have life in the first place.

His glory and His Praise should fill our days.

Book of John: Chapter 12 verses: 47-50 Jesus Speaks:

47 ” If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I am not the one to condemn him, for I did not come to condemn the world but to save it.   48  Whoever rejects me and does not accept my words already has his judge, namely, the word I have spoken- it is that which will condemn him on the last day.   49 For I have not spoken on my own; no, the Father who sent me has commanded me what to say and how to speak.   50 Since I know that his commandment means eternal life, whatever I say is spoken just as he instructed me.”

MYSTERY AND MAJESTY

When life loses course, and we can not make sense of why; we must trust .   For in trusting we allow our senses to flow, releasing a calming from within.

It is not for us to question the magnificence of life and its inner workings, yet we do.   We all do.

When the difficulty of understanding is at hand, we must realize we do not belong to ourselves!   We are here for others!    This is God’s design.   When we default and fill our lives with us, we lose direction.

Peace is erased.

When we do for God, we Praise God!   In praising Him in our life’s work, we enter into ‘Peace.’

This can not be explained.   it can not be bought.     It is a gift!   A gift of greatest worth!

A Father that loves so passionately releases it to His Own;  the ‘children of God;’   those   who profess their Heavenly Father above all else.

The Father who made us, each of us, waits to give this to each of His children.

The question has been asked, “Why, does God allow chaos and travesty when He can do anything?” or “How can a loving God allow this?”

Life is full of questions.      Remembering we are ‘children of God’ We must accept that our Heavenly Father knows what is best.

Of course we can go against the grain, but the result will be without fulfillment.   Something will feel as though it is missing.

So, you ask again, ‘Why does God not fix it?    God sees from another dimension.  He sees the outcome of our life, when the appointed journey is done.

It is a test of our faith!   He waits, and He watches!    We, each must choose to trust, or not to trust.  So, He allows!

Heaven is God’s perspective.   His desire to see us arrive safely home.

Much like a child’s parent waits for he/she to arrive home after they have been out.    We too  are out, and among the multitudes…the rules have been put in place;  allowing ,  God waits.

Book of John: Chapter 14: Verses 1-4 Jesus Speaks :

1) Do not let your hearts be troubled.   Have faith in God and  faith  in me.   2) In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places;   otherwise, how could I have told you that I was going to prepare a place for you?    3) I am indeed going to prepare a place for you, and then I shall come back to take you with me, that where I am you also may be.   4) You know the way that leads to where I go.”

5) ” Lord, ” said Thomas, ” we do not know where you are going.   How can we know the way?”   6) Jesus told him:   “I am the way, and the truth , and the life, no one comes to the Father but through me.   7 If you really knew me, you would know the my Father also.   From this point on you know him; you have seen him.”

TAKING INVENTORY

Life offers, and commands jobs we’d rather ignore.

Spiritually, it is the same.   It commands attention.     It can be ignored, and procrastinated upon; but only for so long.

When failing to take inventory of ourselves, we fail to recognize our faults, our sins.  Failure brings   about defensiveness and resentment,  finding  ‘fault’ with others rather than ourselves.

Christ lived to impress this upon us, each of us.    He wants us to be ‘happy’.   When we refuse to ‘take inventory spiritually’ we refuse to be happy.  Our sinfulness overtakes us.

Evils way is to to impress upon us that we are already perfect, and therefore it is our neighbor that is imperfect.

Why are things in such turmoil when I am the ‘same person every day’?

This is not the case!   It is so subtle and so deadly that we go about our business confident in our ways, and ability.

Yet must realize we are imperfect first!

Sins are as real spiritually, as chaos worldly.   It can not be a life undisciplined or the world will fall to Satan, and so it is with the soul.

The life we lead is of God.   He commands a set of rules that in place bring forth happiness and contentment.    However many do not believe.     But, it does  matter!

What is the matter?    God has been displaced!

A world that chooses self-will and ignorance is a world of hatefulness and chaos,    Each person, takes the position that his neighbor is at fault, when indeed the answer lays within…within each of ourselves, our spirits.

When inventory is in place daily,   God is pleased and peace settles in.

Realize God’s rules are what works.    Take inventory daily of your spiritual life   keeping “HIS COMMANDMENTS” rather than ignoring them.

Book of Ezekiel:    Chapter 37 verses 1-10 : Vision of the dry bones   (Old Testament)

1 ” The hand of the LORD came upon me, and he led me out in the spirit of the LORD and set me in the center of the plain, which was now filled with bones.   2 He made me walk among them in every direction so that I saw how many they were on the surface of the plain.   How dry they were!   30 He asked me: Son of Man, can these bones come to life?   “LORD GOD,” I answered, “you alone know that.”   4  Then he said to me:   Prophesy over these bones, and say to them: Dry  bones, hear the word of the LORD!   5 Thus says the LORD GOD to these bones: See!   I will bring spirit into you, that you may come to life.   6   I will put sinews  upon you, make flesh grow over you, cover you with skin, and put spirit in you so that you may come to life and know that I am the LORD.   7 I prophesied as I had been told, and even as I was prophesying I heard a noise; it was a rattling as the bones came together, bone joining bone.   8 I saw the sinews and the flesh come upon them, and the skin cover over them, but there was no spirit in them.   9  Then he said to me; Prophesy to the spirit, prophesy, son of man, and say to the spirit: Thus says the LORD GOD: From the four winds come, O spirit, and breathe into these slain that they may come to life.   10 I prophesied as he told me, and the spirit came into them; they came alive and stood upright, a vast army.”

Book of Romans: Chapter 10 verses 4-17  (New Testament)

4 “Christ is the end of the law.      Through him justice comes, to everyone who believes.   5  Moses writes of the justice that comes from the law, “The one who observes the law shall live by it.”   6  But of the justice that comes from faith he says, ” Do not say in your heart, ” Who shall go up into heaven?” ( that is, to bring Christ down), 7 or ‘Who shall go down into the abyss?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead.”   8 What is it he does say? ” The word is near you, on your lips and in your heart” ( that is, the word of faith which we preach).   9 For if you confess with your lips that Jesus is LORD, and believe in your heart that GOD raised him from the dead, your will saved.   10 Faith in the heart leads to justification, confession on the lips to salvation.   11 Scripture says , ” No one who believes in him will be put to shame.”   12 Here there is no difference between Jew and Greek ;  all have the same LORD, rich in mercy toward all who call upon him.  13 ” Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.”  14 But, how shall they call on him in whom they have not believed?   And how can they believe unless they have heard of him?   And how can they hear unless there is someone  to preach?  15 And how can men preach unless they are sent?   Scripture says, ” How beautiful are the feet of those who announce good news!”   16 But not all have believed  the gospel.   Isaiah asks, ” Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?”    17 Faith, then, comes through hearing, and what is heard is the word of Christ.”

SHARING

What does it take to believe?   Why is it  some  believe so fervently, and others do not?

What do you believe?    Look within … Do  you believe in love at first sight?    Do you believe in right from wrong?   Do you believe in God?

When searching for something, or needing something, I send up a prayer.    Why because I believe in the ‘power of prayer’.     The mystery of prayer is the answer is not always immediate, but it always comes.

It is good to remember God has to move people and situations to allow for the change we are requesting.    If not people other  circumstances    to happen that will influence the outcome of the request of the prayer.

When searching for a job when I came to California, I needed help.   I knew no particular area, but prayed for guidance.     I asked a question of staff member of the Motel.    I went to that town, went to the ‘first bank’ I saw, handed the officer my resume, and was told I would be called for an interview, they just had someone resign.   I got the job and got the directions, and drove right to the job.   I did not get lost and I did not have to search.    It was one of the best jobs I have ever had.     I had sent up a prayer before I started!

Another instance of the ‘POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT’  is a visit to      San Francisco.   I asked for directions to a Catholic Church and found it easily.    There was within the church a life sized statue of JESUS CHRIST crucified.    The statue was at ground level, so one could be ‘eye to eye’ with Christ on the cross.    The statue was em-massed with people.    The crowd was so deep, and I was at the back, I said a prayer to Jesus (silently) so I could  come close.     The people in front of me stepped aside and let me move to the front.    I was asked by them to go ahead.    This experience has never been forgotten.   When I arrive in front of Jesus I said another prayer.   In so doing, I asked Him to send down His Spirit If He was real.    HE SENT DOWN HIS SPIRIT!   The experience brought me to tears.    The spirit of Jesus Christ is as real as yours and mine.

Another experience that I had was at an Easter Vigil Mass.   I had arrived very early to be assured of a seat.   As it were the ceremony caused me to be away from the doors and  I did    not get a seat, due again to the multitude of people.   It just so happened this mass I had offered for myself, because it was my birthday.    After the first hour, I offered up a prayer and said,  ‘LORD’, really, I have to stand on my birthday.   I do not know if I can make it three hours. ‘(Earlier that evening, I had spoken to a man and He had told me where to stand. )  So I did not know the crowd would cause me to be away from the doors.    At the very time I sent up that prayer, that  very same man I had spoken to earlier came up to me and said, ‘We are going to seat you’.    Whereby He took me to the front of the church and I was able to stay for the entire Mass.    I had sent up a prayer.

Another time was when I needed to be in San Diego for a meeting.   I prayed for the Lord to help with the traffic, since I got a late start.    Unaware, I got in the wrong lane and had to go the other direction.    It looked like I was going to be really late.    I said in the midst of this, ‘really Lord’ and just then the lane merged into another off-ramp which took me around the traffic.    ‘I am sorry I doubted Lord’.   It is sometimes the most confusing of situations and the MASTER has it mastered!   Even when it looks like he did not hear!   He always hears!

Another time when I was waiting for a parking spot at a clinic, the man in front of me was holding up traffic waiting for a good spot.    Rather than become angry I decided to pray for him.    At that time he pulled into his spot, and the next spot opened up, and I was able to get front door parking, at the clinic myself.    That has never happened!   This is a massive clinic in La Jolla.

The power of prayer is as real as you desire it to be.    The positivity of love sent out is as real   as anger realized.     The two opposing forces are in conflict of each other.   God’s all encompassing  (love) has twelve fruits.   The scourge  of Satan   are of  the seven deadly sins.     The all encompassing Love of God within   the ‘Twelve Fruits of the Holy Spirit’     are: Charity, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Forbearance,Mildness, Faith, Modesty, Self-restraint, Chastity.     Whereby the  ‘Seven Deadly Sins’  of Satan’s scourge are: Pride, Covetousness, Lust, Anger, Gluttony, Envy, Sloth.

Simply put the ‘Holy Spirit’ is the Love of God, and the Seven Deadly Sins are the ‘Scourge of the Devil’.     The Spirit that resides in each of us, is the  ‘Spirit of God’, He made us. This being   the very spirit Satan wishes to capture.

This is why Prayer is essential.    The two forces are opposing each other and there is only one spirit.    Therefore there can only be one winner.

Whom do you wish to win your soul.    Your life is on loan.   You and I only have so much time to determine whom we are working for.   If you are praying you are working for God, if you are not praying, then it is questionable.    For you may very well lose your soul.

The Love of The Heavenly Father is in our midst.   Yet everything must be worked for to be achieved.      Yes, God made us all, but He allows us ‘free will’.   He is allowing us to make the choice.   What is your choice?   Refusing to choose is  a choice, it is refusing to commit to the trust and love of God.    Make no mistake about it…God is Love.

Book of Romans: Chapter 9 Verses 1-5

GRIEF FOR THE JEWS 1   “I speak the truth in Christ:   I do not lie.   My conscience bears me witness in the Holy Spirit  2 That there is great grief and constant pain in my heart.   3 Indeed, I could even wish to be separated from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kinsmen. 4 the Israelites.   Theirs were the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the law-giving, the worship, and the promises; 5 theirs were the patriarch, and from them came the Messiah ( I speak of his human origins).   Blessed forever be God who is over all! Amen.”

NEWS

We, each of us , goes about our business, and the news comes, and we go numb.

Life is not without emotion.        Yet sometimes we wish it were .   From the news of someone dying to, a terminal diagnosis,   every day offers news.    Yet, to face it is another fact.    What to do?   Where to turn?   It is not easy to realize we do not belong to ourselves, but we do not.   We belong to God.   He made us, and He has the reigns.   Resigning oneself to this, allows us to realize He will call us home, and that it is only a life on loan.

If we do  realize we belong to God, we can realize He is in charge.       So when the diagnosis is not good, or the loved one died unexpectedly, then we know God has His reasons.

Without God, we are filled with anger.   It still hurts when disappointment comes, but when we believe, and know He loves us, He gives us His peace, and we can endure the trial.

Trial, is a test of faith!   Sometimes it is just a test, and sometimes it is for real.   Come what may, God reigns.

What do you do when news, and disappointment come?     We know not when.   Peace is everything in life.   Peace comes from believing and trusting in God.   He loves unconditionally.    When called upon for forgiveness, He is there.   Forgiveness is joy inside out.   It is unexplainable.   Yet real.

To pick up a bottle, or pop some pill, whatever the choice, it will not remove the fact:  Life is temporary!   God loves, God waits,  God gives and God reigns.

Come to God.    Come what may,  He will calm you,  and love you.

Book of Luke: Jesus Speaks: Chapter:  6 verses : 46-49

46)   “Why do you call me ‘ LORD,   LORD,’ and not put into practice what I teach you?   47) Any man who desires to come to me will hear my words and put them into practice.   I will show you with whom he is to be compared.   48) He may be likened to  the man who,  in building a house, dug deeply and laid the foundation on a rock.   When the floods came the torrent rushed in on that  house, but failed to shake it because of its solid foundation.   49) On the other hand, anyone who has heard my words but not put them into practice is without  any foundation.   When the torrent rushed upon it, it immediately fell in and was completely destroyed.”

HOW BEAUTIFUL

Do you know how beautiful your are?    Like a flower unfolding in time; we go through a metamorphosis of time.   Not knowing and not yielding to anything, but unfolding and revealing inner beauty slowly.

For just as a flower yields beauty all its own, so do we, each offer a magnificence to God’s world.    A beauty all its own, we bloom before OUR GOD in quiet delight.     For He, Holy and pure waits; delighting in the ‘transfiguration’ of time and place.    For this is He who made us.     His countenance  manifested in each, His own.

Though, uncertain, and unaware, we steadfastly move in the direction of OUR GOD.    Remaining in His Light.    His Light is trust.   His Light is obedience,   His Light is Life.   He, the Father who made us; who breathes His Holy Breathe into us,  smiles upon the handiwork of His majesty.     For this is who He is, and this is who we are; We are His.

No mere man can do this.   No mere man can improve in time, and space, and delight God, until He moves into the countenance of His God.   Through prayer and submission, rising to a holiness God finds favorable, and blesses accordingly.     God delights in all things, but rejoices in He who finds Him, and remains in Him, once having returned to Him.    For God holds all things in the hallow of His Hand, but that which is Holy and pleasing to Him, remains in His countenance through prayer and submission.

Like a most beautiful flower, unfolding and blooming, we become a blossom of most beautiful worth, and  God sets us before His most beautiful table, delighting in our favor bestowed.    Having reached full worth, the petals begin to fall and once again return to the earth.

His Glory is, because we are.   The state of  being, (life) is, and we are, because He deems us so.   Rejoice in God Our Savior!    Rejoice I say!   God loves us so marvelously, that rejoicing in Him, is everything, because He is everything.

Come to God!   Know God ! Embrace God!   Then life will be full!   Life will fill with worth!   For God central in all things, takes delight in His chosen one.

Book of Psalm: Psalm 25 Verses 1-10

1  “To you I lift up my soul, O LORD,  2  my God.   In you I trust; let me not be put to shame, let not my enemies exult over me.   3 No one who waits for you shall be put to shame; those shall be put to shame who heedlessly break faith.   4 Your ways, O LORD make known to me, teach me your paths,   5 Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are GOD my savior, and for you I wait all the day.   6 Remember that your compassion, O LORD, and your kindness are from of old.   7 The sins of my youth and my frailties remember  not; in your kindness remember me, because of your goodness, O LORD.   8 Good and upright is the LORD; thus he shows sinners the way, 9 He guides the humble to justice, he teaches the humble his way.   10 All the paths of the LORD are kindness and constancy toward those who keep his covenant and his decrees.”

DIMENTIONS OF JESUS

She told me, ” I curled up into a fetal position, and said, ‘LORD, I Can’t do this’!    The tears were running down my cheeks; then I saw HIS hands held out to me, and His Peace settled over me and the pain was gone.”.

His Peace!   Nothing can match it!   Until you have experienced Jesus, you have not lived!   Jesus Christ is the purest love!

When she told me this, she was being treated for her cancer.   She is still fighting for her life.   It has been ten years now, and remission, such as it is, is still with her.

Have you ever been to the point where ‘He’ is all you want?   If you know Jesus then you know what I mean; Jesus is the only answer.    Many people mean well and profess to be ‘masters’ of their crafts, but they are only people.   All the doctoring, and all the learning and all the ‘knowing’ people proclaim, only Jesus knows!

I speak from experience, as does my friend.    When you have a medical condition that can not be ‘cured’ then you know the sanctity of life.    Life is precious every day.   Life is not taken for granted when you ‘suffer from an incurable  medical condition.’

As with anything valuable, so too is faith!    God’s blessing in all this, is the vastness of His Love!    He is always there.   A mere mention of His name and He arrives brilliantly.   Pure love, unrequited love, love that is everlasting!    Yet, many do not know this love and do not wish to hear about it.

Yet, I must shout it out: Jesus Christ is LORD!    That is only the beginning!   Jesus is so profound and so multidimensional that only to enter into Him can we begin to understand.

As we were talking today, we both declared we are blessed!    Why?    Jesus Christ is real to us!   We experience HIM in our lives.    Throughout the ups and downs of life Jesus is our constant!!    That is what  many do not allow, rather  Jesus is not in everything, but just there.   Jesus is more than just there,  HE IS!

So, if you are not thinking Jesus, living Jesus and Loving Jesus, then you are only grazing the surface of Jesus.   He wants to be your all.   When He is your all, He will reveal Himself more multidimensionally.

The Jesus we know, waits for all to come to Him.   He wants to be your everything!    If He is not, He knows it.      Search your soul!   How far are you willing to go for Jesus?

Can you suffer humility for Him?   Can you profess Him, even though others scoff at you for it?    Endurance within any relationship takes sacrifice, and submission.   It is the same with Jesus.

Someone told me, ‘I am going deaf, it is just a matter of time.’    Then they asked me, ‘Do you think Jesus can make a miracle of that too?’    I said, “I DO”.

Trust!    Jesus Christ is the victor!   Trust Him!   The miracle of who He is, is then revealed!    For His peace can then be experienced,  and that is immeasurable!

Book of First  Corinthians: Chapter 2 verses 6-12

6)” True Wisdom: “There is , to be sure, a certain wisdom which we express among the spiritually mature.   It is not a wisdom of this age, who are men headed  for destruction.    7) No, what we utter is God’s wisdom: a mysterious, a hidden wisdom.   God planned it before all ages for our glory.   8) None of the rulers of this age knew the mystery;  if they had known it, they would never have crucified the LORD of glory.   9) Of this wisdom it is written:

“Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, nor has it so much as dawned on man what God has prepared for those who love him.”

10) Yet God has revealed this wisdom to us through the Spirit.   The Spirit scrutinizes all matters, even the deep things of God.   11) Who , for example knows a man’s innermost self but the man’s own spirit within him?   Similarly, no one knows what lies at the depths of God but the Spirit of God.   12) The Spirit  we have received is not the world’s spirit but God’s Spirit helping us to recognize the gifts he has given us.”

SPIRIT

What is it that fills a room?    Why is it, when no one answers we consider the room ’empty’?

Things!     Stuff!   Belongings!     All  ‘treasures’ people strive for, to fill their lives, to ‘feel fulfilled’!    So,  why is it ’empty’  is the ‘feeling’ we get  when no one is home?

Because  “The Spirit” fills the room.

The human spirit, that which gives us life, is real.   Its entity unexplainable, but it is ‘life’!    When someone dies, and their ‘spirit’ has left their body, it is evident.    The ‘gray’ covers them.    They are ‘gone’.    The body remains, yet that which lives has gone on.

The soul houses the spirit , and life dwells within.    Life.     It  must be protected with the blood of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ came to save the souls of the multitudes.   His crucifixion, death, and resurrection, has purpose.

The purpose,  to save our souls from Satan.

For assuredly as darkness falls, so does evil dwell.    To remain in darkness is to deny evil exists.

Denying it, will not make it so .    It will not change the facts.   Evil Lives!

Is your soul covered with the blood of the Lamb of God?

Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world.   Satan roams the earth in search of any and all.

Anyone will do!   His conquest is to defeat the Father…the Father who made us, and breathes life into  us .    Because Satan exists, so does evil.    Therefore ‘hell’ is unavoidable unless the “Blood of the Lamb”  has covered your soul, washing away the sins we all face in life.

The very spirit that is missing when no one is home is the very spirit, Satan wishes to capture for eternity.

Think about it!    When you miss someone, it is their spirit you are missing.    The very essence of who we are,  is  our spirit.

Going home for eternity, is our new body in Christ.     The Son of God has welcomed us into His kingdom.   Yet, we must accept the invitation.    That means accepting Jesus Christ as LORD!

Just as your home is your castle, so too, is Jesus Kingdom His, and only He knows who has called upon Him.   Have you?

The Body of Christ waits for you.

Book  of Matthew: Chapter 25 verses 31-34,   41   Jesus Speaks:

31)”When the Son of Man comes in his glory, escorted by all the angels of heaven, he will sit upon his royal throne,  32) and all the nations will be assembled before him.    Then he will separate them into two groups, as a shepherd separates sheep from goats.   33) The sheep he will place on his right hand, the goats on his left.   34) The king will say to those on his right: ‘Come.   You have my Father’s blessing!   Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world.”

41) “Then he will say to those on his left: ‘Out of my sight, you condemned, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels!”

IF

Many years ago someone said, to me,”Did you notice the word ‘life’ has a ‘if’ in it?”

On this journey of life we face distractions and confusion, disappointments, and joy.    Yet, the intended is not always the conclusion.

In the Bible, Our Lord speaks of the Father’s vineyard.    The vineyard  we are working in is the vineyard of God.    The world and what it holds, and those who are listening know the vineyard is the daily work of God and His will.   The world is Gods!

Yet, as any child sometimes disobeys, so do we.    Our Heavenly Father watches over us, even though we have chosen to disobey.    That does not mean He stopped loving us, but rather teaches us through out the experience.    the experience  does guide us back to the Father, if we reflect upon the disappointment and what the experience taught.

In our vineyard, we are given tasks to complete.    The ‘Overseer’ appointed by God are His appointed “Pastors”.    They ‘ordained’ by God instruct and bless according to the tasks completed.  .

What am I talking about?

I am talking about the foundation to life.   The real answer lays within the instructed.          The ‘Teachers’ are the instructors.    Once learned, the task is ever so easy.    Why?   Because it is understood.

If the field of life we have been given is not worked, but ignored, then the weeds over power us; this is hate, worry, anger, sloth, envy, greed, lust, pride, gluttony;   The Seven Deadly Sins, and then some.

The only way to work the field of life is through ‘prayer’!

Prayer is the pulling of the weeds of life.   The prayers infused are the workers hands, heart, and desire, put forth for the greater glory of God.

‘If’ you can realize the ‘world is God’s Vineyard’ and  just as we are His ‘laborers’ then too you can understand the task appointed by God is the instruction given to His Apostles, who   are our Pastors

Desiring a ‘weed free garden’ is the work of the vineyard we live in.

“IF”   you desire, the journey God has put you on to have purpose and fulfillment, peace and Joy:  attend the Master’s House.    Listen to  the Pastor’s  words and apply them to your life and to your heart!

Book of Isaiah: Chapter 5 verses 1-7  (Old Testament)

1) Let me now sing of my friend, my friend’s song concerning his vineyard.   My friend had a vineyard on a fertile hillside;   2) He spaded it, cleared it of stones, and planted the choicest vines;   Within it he built a watchtower, and hewed out a wine press.   Then he looked for the crop of grapes, but what it yielded was wild grapes.   3) Now, inhabitants of Jerusalem and men of Judah, judge between me and my vineyard:   4) What more was there to do for my vineyard that I had not done?   Why, when I looked for the crop of grapes, did it bring forth wild grapes?   5)   Now, I will let you know what I mean to do to my vineyard: Take away its hedge, give it to grazing, break through its wall, let it be trampled!   6) Yes, I will make it a ruin: it shall not be pruned or hoed, but overgrown with thorns and briers; I will command the clouds not to send rain upon it.   7) The vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah are his cherished plant; He looked for judgment, but see, bloodshed! for justice, but hark, the outcry!”

Book of Matthew: Chapter 21 verses 33-41   (New Testament) Jesus Speaks:

33)“Listen to another parable.    There was a property owner who planted a vineyard,  put a hedge around it, dug out a vat, and erected a tower.   Then he leased it out to tenant farmers and went on a journey.   34) When vintage time arrived he dispatched his slaves to the tenants to obtain his share of the grapes.   35)   The tenants reponded by seising the slaves.   They beat one and killed the another, and stoned a third.   36) A second time he dispatched even more slaves than before, but they treated them the same way.   37)   Finally he went his son to them, thinking, ‘They will respect my Son’   38) When they saw the son, the tenants said to one another, “here is the one who will inherit everything.   Let us kill him and then we shall have his inheritance!’   39) With that they seized him,  and killed him.   40) What do you suppose the owner of the vineyard will do to those tenants when he comes?”

41)” They replied, “He will bring that wicked crowd to a bad end and lease his vineyard out to others will who see to it that he has grapes at the vintage time.”

GLORY

When approaching life, innocence is in the beginning.  It is lovely, and unrequited.   Its beauty is unsurpassed, because it does not expect but rejoices in what is.

This is God’s extension to us.  He, the Father of us, extends the ‘love of everlasting life into each soul.’   Yet, as life unfolds, doubt and dismay enter in.   The innocence and trust that once was, replaced by disappointment and doubt.

Why?    When we are the same person that God brought forth from the womb, are we different?

Why?   Because the majesty and mystery of God is replaced!   Replaced by the distractions of the world.   It, and what it offers is appealing to the mind and the soul, which houses the  ‘Spirit of God, is ‘stifled’; Pushed aside to embrace the present!   God, though not seen in the present is then ‘unrecognized.   Slowly, and surely, He becomes diminished,   In a fast paced unforgiving world!

God in His infinite wisdom does everything, even the slightest things for a reason.   From a tear falling to a baby unable to speak.   Why does God choose to do these things when He Our Heavenly Father can do anything?     Because God put forth a plan to prove His worth!   To see who would cling to Him and Who would refuse Him.    Our free will, our choice, allows us choice.    We are drawn to others through the Spirit of God.   His perfect love allows this.    He perfect and loving waits on all, judges all, and loves all.   Yet, to refuse to do His will, is to refuse Him.   BETRAYAL!

Betrayal, is everywhere.   Yet, the innocent do not recognize it, for they are still of God.   The mind of the LORD resides within the innocent; this is why He loves the children, and they are the greatest  in the ‘Kingdom of Heaven’!

To recognize ‘GLORY’ we must know disappointment and betrayal, loneliness, and hurt.    For without, we can not know the magnificence of ‘Great Love’!   Awesome Love!   A love so perfect and so true; He proves Himself time and again.   Not because He has to, but because He desires to, because He loves us so!    WE ARE HIS PASSION!    We are His design and His!

As any man puts forth a plan and awaits its completion, so does God.   For we are made in God’s image, and He lives within each of us!   No matter our age or the color of our Skin or the language we speak; we are His!

Only when  the  ‘crucifixion is experienced, can the resurrection be appreciated!   For its majesty is not comprehensible.   It’s glory unexplainable.   For it is of God!   His person His self, present within the act of purest love.  Because of this, He personalizes Himself to each of us.

A living breathing experience of Jesus Christ the Son of God is the only way to the Father, and the Kingdom of Heaven.   No one and nothing will compare to this.

We are a moment in time!   A passing of circumstances put forth by a Master that loves unconditionally!    As a child runs to his parent for protection,  love and guidance, so too should we run to our Heavenly Father with the concerns and torment of this life.

Sin enters in, and mankind loses its way!   Jesus defeated sin!   Come to   Jesus and you will win!

May the Love of God be yours through Jesus Christ!

Book of Psalm:   Chapter 100  verses 1-5

1) “A Psalm of Thanksgiving.   Sing joyfully to the Lord, all you lands;

2) Serve the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful song.

3) Know that the LORD God; he made us, his we are; his people, the flock he tends.

4) Enter his gates with thanksgiving, his courts with praise; Give thanks to him; bless his name,

5) for he is good:   the LORD, whose kindness endures forever, and his faithfulness, to all generations.”

Book of Luke:    Chapter 9 verse 46-48     Against Ambition

46) A discussion arose among them as to which of them was the greatest.   47) Jesus, who knew their thoughts, took a little child and placed it beside him,   48) after which he said to them, “Whoever welcomes this little child on my account welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes him who sent me, for the least one among you is the greatest.”
