Evil

To believe there is no such thing as evil, is deny that day separates night. God did everythihg in two’s. Anything maintaining otherwise is evil. Evil dispels all that is peaceful, beautiful and harmonious. Evil torments the soul. Without Christ the soul quakes. It turns against itself on a dime. Jesus Christ is the common denominator, the only factor that makes us whole… Without Christ we are in darkness. His incrediable Holy Spirit transfigures the possessor of the spirit. If you have called upon Christ to come into your life, your heart, then you know this to be true. There is no denying His presence. One can always choose to deny Christ. To Be one with Christ is work. There are not many who wish to be His, one of His chosen. Why? Because discipline work, and denial are who He is. He is worth the work! Few very very few can love in this way. Self-denial being centerfold to transfiguration. Christ denied evil, and accepted death on a cross. Humility, or humiliation for the sake of Christ is another key. Jesus Christ is truth. His truth is difficult, but it is the only thinhg that lasts. Prayer is Peace! Without prayer there is no peace. Peace is experienced when submission to Christ is obedience.

In Matthew Chapter 24 verses 3-14

What will be the sign of your coming and the end of the world?”4) In reply Jesus said to them: “Be on guard! Let no one mislead you. 5)Many will come attempting to impersonate me. ‘I am the Messiah!’ They will claim, and they will decieve many. 6) You will hear of wars and rumors of wars.  Do not be alarmed.   Such things are bound to happen, but that is not  yet the end. 7)Nation will rise against nation, one kingdom against another. Many will falter then, betraying and hating one another. 11)False prophets will rise in great numbers to mislead many. 12)Beacause of the increase in evil, the love of most will grow cold. 13) The man who holds out to the end however, is the one who will see salvation. 14)This good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world as a witness to all the nations. Only after that will the end come.

BITTERNESS

We find it easy to become bitter in life.   Yet, it can destroy the soul of the one harboring ill will.  In the book of Sirach Chapter  28 verses 1-2  1) The vengeful will suffer the Lord’s vengeance, for he remembers their sin in detail. 2)Forgive your neighbor’s injustice; then when you pray, your own sins will be forgiven.

We all hold ourselves in high regard, and believe we are without sin and forgiven.  Yet, it is nescessary to take inventory of ones life.   It is manifest that we do, or we will be caught unaware when the Lord comes.   He will come.   His own will be those who kept vigil with him.   They persevered in friendship through prayer.    The living Christ is a person as we are.  We wait for a call or an invitation.   So does Jesus wait on us.  He will call us all by name.  In the same book, Sirach chapter 26 verses6-9

6)The fruit of  a tree shows the care it has had; so too does a man’s speech disclose the bent of his mind.

7)Praise no man before he speaks, for it is then that men are tested.

8)If you strive for justice you will attain it, and put it on like a splendid robe.

9)Birds nest with their own kind and fidelity comes to those who live by it.

In conclusion in the book of Sirach chapter 32 verses 23-24 and

23)Whatever you do, be on your guard, for in this way you will  keep the commandments.

24)He who keeps the law preserves himself; and he who trusts in the Lord shall not be put to shame.

Sirach Chapter 33 verses1-4

1)No evil can harm the man who fears the Lord;through trials again and again he is safe.

2)He who hates the law is without wisdom, and is tossed about like a boat in a storm.

3)The prudent man trusts in the word of the Lord, and the law is  depenable for him as a divine oracle

4)Prepare your words and you will be listened to; draw upon your training, and then give your answer.

 Chapter 34 Vereses 16-17

16)The eyes of the Lord are upon those who love him; he is their mighty shield and strong support, A shelter from the heat, a shade from the noonday sun, a guard against stumbling, a help against falling.

17)He buoys up the spirits, brings a sparkle to the eyes, gives health, and life, and blessing.

Blessed Be the Name of the Lord!

invited verses uninvited

An invitation sent, is a compliment to both he/she who sent it and to he/she who recieves it. For consider how it is to uninvited, only to find others were more important. So it is for each of us. What rejoicing when we are remembered. Do you think Jesus wants to be invited, remembered, thought of, and included in your life? Jesus waits! He does not want to go uninvited

He waits for you to want him. Do you give thought to being forgotten? He gives thought to being forgotten. Christ is eternal!
If you did not invite Him here, why would He invite you there?! Heaven is eternal! Where will you be eternally? Ask Jesus into your life, into your heart! Make Him the center of your life here, and He will have you into his House there!
