TIMING

The difference between right, and wrong, living, and dying, winning and losing, and love and war, timing!

The timing in every situation is in direct proportion to the journey within this life.   Whether we realize it or not;   it can be something as insignificant as feeling to sick, and refusing to to go to school, or changing the direction of a trip for one reason or another.   All influence our day, and our life.   We believe in ourselves and so believe in our choices.

What if we are not pleased with the choices of our life.   What then?  Does confusion rank, whereby we continue being lost, and alone?

Recently, I had a visitation from a friend of long ago.   They were confiding in the separation and division their life has encountered and how lost and alone they feel.

The feelings we encounter whether it is from talking with someone who has heartache or soul searching our own ‘desires’ it is then that we decide to grow in ‘wisdom’; for wisdom begins with searching for:  the unseen the unrealized and the uncertain.

The kingdom of heaven, has volumnes of books.   Within each of those books are to stories of all the lives that God created that walked the earth.  His Children!  He has record of each thought, each prayer, each desire, and each action.   Then at the end of each book is the victory of God; Jesus the Lamb of God, His Son washing away the sins of the soul that found the truth, the truth of the love of God through Jesus the Son of God!    The end, the Victory of God!

Jesus Speaks: Book of Luke Chapter 9 verses 46-48

46)”A discussion arose among them as to which of them was the greatest.   47) Jesus, who knew their thoughts, took a little child and placed it beside them, “Whoever welcomes this little child on my account welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes him who sent me;  for the least one among you is the greatest.”

PREPARATION

Truth is the foundation to living.   Truth, found an applied are like a house of brick, set on a hill with a fortress around it!   Anything less is not acceptable in the eyes of God.

The foundation to anything that will stand over time is its foundation!   What of the foundation of man?   What should its foundation be?

The life and dwelling place of who we are, are not the issue, but the spirit that dwells within each of us.   God Our Father has gone to great lengths, so that we may know the truth!   Yet, it is ‘work’!  To find the truth, remain in the ‘truth’ to embrace the ‘truth’ is to embrace the love of God.   He is truth!

It has been and always will be.   As a second is fleeting, and gone; so is life.    The Most Holy Spirit of God Our Father embraces each one of us!   Yet, as with any friendship that is abandoned, it will become lost, and insignificant.  Unimportant!  Yet, the greatest of wealth resides within the spirit of God!

Nothing is impossiable with God!   The soul that has ‘chosen’ God as His ‘friend’ will never be forsaken.   For they have given God His Glory!   That as the First Commandment has dictated, so do they profess!   God has done all things; yet left unadored by many!

Many do not wish to hear of this love!   The excuse is God does not expect that!   He knows I am only human!   Wow!  How can you in clear conscience be so compacent about He who gives you life, and further more a very part of Himself, so that you may believe?

The knowing of God, and the living with God as the center of ‘life’  is life!   Anything less is to say, “I’m good with it!  Leave me alone! I believe!”   Yet, I say to you, ‘Who does not feel blessed and delighted by the visitation of a friend?’

God in three persons is any always will be!   You do not have to  understand it!   You only have to embrace it!   Call upon Him who gives life eternal, and the experience of great love, a love that lasts for all time will be yours, and joy will fill your heart!

You can go back to Jerusalem (Old Testament Bible) and research the truth.  You then will discover that He has done for all!   For finally, with the greatest of love Our Heavenly Father decided we will never get it right until He sends us ‘Himself’ Jesus the Son of the living God!(New Testament Bible)

A family raised on faith can be ‘dirt poor’, but the light and love is so powerful that they will never give up the faith for money!  Why?   Because money is fleeting!  Real life is knowing God!   You can deem yourself wise and wonderful, better than most, but it has no merit without the given ‘Praise’ to God!  For as in the book of Job, he who had everything and lost it, still professed the ‘love of God’ as the center to his life!

Book of Hebrews: Chapter 12 verses 7-13

7)”Endure your trials as the discipline of God, who deals with you as sons.   For what son is there whom his father does not discipline?   8) If you do not know the discipline of sons, you are not sons but bastards.   9)  If we respected our earthly fathers who corrected us, should we not all the more submit to the Father of spirits, and live?   10)They disciplined us as seemed right to them, to ‘prepare  us’ for the short span of mortal life; but God does so for our true profit, that we may share his holiness.   11) At the time it is administered, all discipline seems a cause for grief and not for joy, but later it brings forth the fruit of peace and justice to those who are trained in its school.   12)   So strengthen your drooping hands, and your weak knees.   13)  Make straight the paths you walk on, that your halting limbs may not be dislocated but healed.”

Jesus Speaks:  Book of John Chapter 5 verses 41-43

41)”It is not that I accept human praise-42)it is simply that I know you, and you do not have the love of God in your hearts. 43)I have come in my Father’s name yet you do not accept  me.   But let someone come in his own name and him you will accept.”

Book of Hebrews: Chapter 13 verse 5-8

5)”Do not love money but be content with what you have, for God has said, ‘I will never desert you, not will I forsake you.’6) Thus we may say with confidence: “The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid; What can man do to me?”   7) Remember your leaders who spoke the word of God to you; consider how their lives ended, and imitate their faith.   8) Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”

LOST

Before cell phones, GPS, and the lap-tops, there were ‘maps’!   Perhaps they are still used today, but definitly not to the extent that they were.  Then, even with a ‘map’ there was the chance of misdirection.

In the 1980’s I found myself in the city of Jacksonville, Florida  alone.    Fortunatley for me it was day.   I found myself lost and totally misdirected.    I came upon a firestation, and asked for directions.   The young man who ‘helped’ said, ‘Lady you are in a very bad part of town!   You need to get out of this area!’   To the point, he said, ‘make sure your doors and windows are locked!’

After having given me the directions, I needed I left, and ‘prayed’ that God would help me out of there.   Of course He did!   For I’m here to tell about it today!

The sense of direction can be totally detoured if we do not pay attention.   To many distractions and concerns fill our day, and then we realize this is not where we want to be!

The key is not having been lost, but realizing and doing something about it!   It is totally human to make mistakes, and become misguided!   That is why the Lord gives us each other!   He has made us all ‘brothers and sisters in Christ’!   Yet, some are very misguided and totally lost!   When we refuse to speak on behalf of Jesus do to ‘humility’ or chastisement, then we are ‘Abandoning Christ!’

The sense of direction that we all need is from Jesus!   Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.   (Book of John: Chapter 14 verse 6) He knows the way, is the way,  teaches us the truth, and the life we all desire, then becomes ours.

Realizing we need to ask for help is what it is all about.   The ‘help’ is available from the learned of the faith.  Seek someone out that is a believer; a Priest, or Pastor, but if you are not comfortable with that, then ask a ‘faithful friend’.   For realizing we need ‘help and guidance’ is already getting us half-way home.

Chapter 14 verses 5-7   Jesus speaks:

5)”Lord,” said Thomas, “We do not know where you are going.   How can we know the way?”   6)Jesus told him: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but through me. 7)If you really knew me, you would know my Father also.   From this point on you know him: you have seen him.”

SCARS

We can plan, orchestrate, and delegate.    Yet, the imperfection of the human being still will face the scars of living.

When we cut ourselves, we administer antiseptic, apply a bandage and  move on.   If it is severe, we see a doctor.   We take the antibiotics and move on.

But what of the scars of the heart?   How does one dress the wound of a broken heart?    The  effects of any wound can last a life-time.     The occurance molding us into who we are becoming.

Mistakes happen!   It matters not how careful we are.   We then find ourselves saying,  ‘How’d that happen, I was so careful?’

Life changes on a dime.  Or in a ‘heartbeat’ really!   Nonetheless, the molding and creating of who we are, are governed by our circumstances, and surroundings.   All the while we believe we are who are, because that is the way God made us!  To some extent this is true.   However, there is something bigger than all of us…The Most Holy Spirit!

The love of God is the very essence of who we are.   Yet, when stifled the human side of living ‘forgets’ the spiritual, and the ‘molding’ of who we are takes different form.

When the mind accepts, the wounds begin to heal.   Acceptance is key to understanding, and understanding is key to peace  of mind.   Peace is everything! For when the mind is at peace the soul is refreshed and the life God has blessed us with becomes ‘whole’.

For God completes us!  He completes us when we accept His love, openly and without reservation!   Then a ‘wow’ experience begins!    For the ‘real’ powerful all loving ‘Heavenly Father’ reveals the ‘truth’!

However, to learn one must desire to learn.  To live, one must desire to live; real living beginning when God is embraced, loved and adored!   Once realizing we wish to learn we persue that which we desire.

Spirituality is the countpart to living!   Spirituality is more important than anything!   For the soul resides there-in.   If the soul is not ‘dressed’ and cared for, it will fade.   It will always be.   For God is eternal, and the soul is His, and God is and always will be.

However if the soul is defiled, just as the body is defiled then it loses its purpose.   Clearly, because we can not see the soul we wish to believe it does not exist!   Nothing could be more wrong!

When the heart is broken and the wound is so deep, and the healing feels it may take ‘forever’  the comfortor must be called upon.   He who administers and ‘dresses’ the wounds of this life.   He who has incurred every sorrow, every hurt and every denial, for the sake of all mankind-JESUS CHRIST!

When calling upon Jesus, He is there with His comfort.   As we continually lean on Him and love Him, he ‘molds’ us into the best we can be.   For He, having done all things perfectly for the love of God, knows what it takes and ready willing and able to share!

Jesus heals!   He helps!  He loves!   He is the only answer!    The wounds of this life are insurmountable.  We can not see them coming and we can not avoid them.   We can plan, but we can not perfect.  Only God can perfect!     God decides who he will raise up and who he will cast down!  He is!  That is “HIS JOB”!  Nothing equals the love of God.

Defined and recognized, God becomes ‘real’ a true presence within each of us!   Yet, for the manifestation of this great love to be, we must call upon him.  Build a relationship with him, and ‘Praise him.’   For it is in Him we live and breathe and have our being!  Then, we  become whole!   For the love of God is what completes us.

BOOK OF MARK : CHAPTER 8 VERSES 36-38  JESUS SPEAKS

36)“What profit does a man show who gains the whole world and destroys himself in the process? 37)What can a man offor in exchange for his life!   38)If anyone in this faithless and corrupt age is ashamed of me and my doctrine, the Son Of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes with the holy angels in his Fathers glory.”

PROMISES

Only God can set forth an example for all the world to see.    Just as the rainbow is set on high for all the world to see, so are the stars that grace the sky and moon at night gives delight, so the ‘Son’ gives light.

In the every day circumstances of life we take for granted that which gives us delight.   Whether is seeing someone we love or star gazing at night.   From the smallest pleasure to the largest of circumstances we rarely stop and reflect on the magnificense of its being.

Because we all know the Lord can do all things, many hold the Lord responsiable when tragedy strikes.     Yet, the Lord does not see things as we do, and does not think as we do.  In  His infinite wisdom, His   greatest desire is to win us to Himself.    So, He may take us to the Father.    So, when time stops, and we find ourselves reflecting on the change of course in our lives, it is He who is speaking to us.   He who wishes for us to stop and recognize that ‘all things will pass away’   but only He will remain.   .

Only God can have two things opposing each other happening at the same time, in the same place, to prove a point.   Only God can give us the desired wisdom to recognize He is and always will be.      For He wishes for us to ask.   For humility is Gods greatest delight.   For the ‘power’ and  the ‘glory’ are His alone.

When people become infused within the world, they lose their identity.   Their very soul!  For Gods master plan is to delight  His children and show them the love  of who He is!   That is why He gave us a very part of Himself, Jesus his Son!   For it is knowing the Son that we come to know the Father.   For the Son shows  us the way, teaches us the truth and gives us eternal life.

It is evil which is all opposing to everything the Father loves that  destroys the soul who does not come into the light.

The blood of Christ washes away the sins of the believer, and the truth is then revealed.   So, impossiable to believe, it must be experienced.   The experience is real!   The transfiguration is real!   The truth is real!    The love of Christ is real!  For it is in keeping company with God, that we become His  delight!

When there is prosperity, all are delighted.   When there is destitution, there is sorrow.    Where there is love there is joy, and where there is hate there is war!

In the small state of North Dakota, there has been oil discovered, and prosperity reigns.    Yet, at the same time there has been a great flood that occurred .   On one side of the river,  were those who found themselves among the wealthiest over-night!   On the other side were those who lost there homes and everything they worked for!   All occurring at the same time.    Only God can do this.   Only God can make a point so profoundly, that one can not help but see His handiwork.   For God chooses whom He will elevate,   and who He will cast down.

The God of the universe does things for us so that we may know He is!  He holds the moon the stars, and the elements within His grasp.  The simplicity of who we are comes to light.

Sin, is in the world.  When we do not refuse sin, but ‘delight’ in it, we are opposing God!   We then fall from ‘grace’ and darkness covers the earth.    God, from the dawn of time has set forth His examples for all the world to see.   He has sent His prophets and gave us His Son.    He waits for you and me.    The relationship we have with our Father is for the asking.   We must ask!  We must desire, and we must work at pleaseing the Father.   For the glory is His alone!

Book of Luke Chapter 12 verses  54-57  Jesus speaks:

54) he said to the crowds: “When you see a cloud rising in the west, you say immediately that rain is coming-so it does.   55) When the wind blows from the south, you say it is going to be hot-and so it is.   56)You  hypocrites!   If you can interpret the portents of the earth and sky, why can you not interpret the present time?   57) Tell me, why do you not judge for yourselves what is just?”

Luke Chapter 12 verses 16-21 Jesus speaks on wealth:

16)He told them a parable in these words: ” There was a rich man who had a good harvest. 17) ‘What shall I do?’ he asked himself.   ‘I have no place to store my harvest.   18) I know!   He said. ‘I will pull down my grain bins and build  larger ones.   All my grain and all my goods will go there.  19) “Then I will say to myself: You have blessings in reserve for years to come. Relax! Eat heartily, drink well.   Enjoy yourself.   20) But God said to him, ‘You fool!   This very night your life shall be required of you.   To whom will all this piled -up wealth go?’   21)   That is the way it works with the man who grows rich for himself instead of growing rich in the sight of God.”

WHY WOULD YOU?

One of the greatest compliments one can give another, is to choose to bare their soul!

Having chosen to confide, and reveal what peirces their heart is perhaps the greatest compliment one can recieve, for  he has been twice blessed!.  For both, God and his friend has chosen to ‘trust’ him.

In trusting we have revealed our innermost self, believeing that ‘judgment will not be the factor but understanding and compassion the driving force.

When confronted with having to share,  or needing to share, we do indeed bare our souls.     Humility presents itself and the soul aches.

I have been ‘blessed’ on occassion to have people confide in me.   I consider it a blessing that they would choose me when they could have chosen anyone of their ‘friends’.   I sometimes have no answers but am so saddened that I find myself speechless.   Later I find myself reflecting and hurting for the person who confided in me.   It is then that I take time to pray for this person.   For if there are no answers and the hurt from another is infused into our very being then compassion has prompted us to love our neighbor.   I know prayer is so powerful that if an answer is not given, and can not be found then prayer to our most Heavenly Father is our greatest gift to another.

So if you are so blessed as to have someone love you so much that they bare their soul to you, consider yourself twice blessed, for God has found favor with you, and so has your friend.

On separate occassions I have had friends tell me that their husbands had affairs and that the betrayal was and still is effective to this day.

Ironically, I met the ‘other woman’.   I could not believe it, but I had someone confide in me that she was the other woman in a relationship.    Being married myself, I was rendered speechless.   Knowing we all make bad judgments, I did not say anything, for I could sense she felt ‘guilty’.

At another time I had a woman tell me she has had ‘three’ abortions!   I still shudder to think about how I felt when she told me this.    All I could say was, ‘Why would you?’

Life is very complex, the situations and events that happen from day to day are by no means boring.   It is the evil in the world that wishes to confuse and betray the children of God.    When we realise that evil is opposing to God who is good and loving, we rise up to a higher standard of living.   Spirituality presents itself and the God who gives us life enlightens us with His most Holy Spirit.    Without it, we believe anything goes!

On another occassion I had a friend tell me they were declaring bankrupcy.   Her concern was not doing without, but Her husbands state of mind was fragile.   All he ever wanted was to be successful, and now upon the retirement years is losing everything!   He has closed the world and her out.

The world does not love, but hates!  It offors love only when God is first!   For when God is first in all things the ‘truth’ is revealed and all things come to light!

People make the mistake of believing the world cares, the world wants to ‘know them’!   This is a grave mistake.    For often people committ suicide when the are ‘betrayed’ by the world.

The Third Epistle of John: verse 11

11)”Beloved, do not imitate what is evil but what is good.   Whoever does what is good belongs to God; whoever does what is evil has never seen God.”

The Second Epistle of Peter: Chapter 1 verses 3-7

3″That divine power of his has freely bestowed on us everything necessary for a life of genuine piety, through knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and power.   4)By virtue of them he has betowed on us the great and precious things he promised, so that through these you who have fled a world corrupted by lust might become sharers of the divine nature.   5) This is reason enough for you to make every effort to undergird your virtue with faith, your discernment with virtue, 6) and your self-control with discernment; this self-control, in turn , should lead to perseverance, and perseverance to piety, 7)and piety to care for your brother, and care for your brother, to love.”

STAND UP

Stand up and be heard!   Have you stopped to realize that we empower ourselves when we stand up?

When we  have conviction of spirit, we are compelled to stand up and be heard!   The cause and effect of standing in and of itself speaks volumes.

When two people profess to marry  they ‘stand up’.   When one speaks on behalf of another, he ‘stands up’.   When one appears before a judge, one ‘stands up’.   If two oppose each other in theory the argument that ensues usually ends in a ‘face-off’- ‘standing up’ for the stated position.

‘Stand up’ and be heard!  We are living in times of great upheaval and complacency has become the norm.   For it seems they who wish to be heard are not the righteous, but the evil.

Evil is everywhere!  How does one fight evil?  Evil is opposing to God and if we do not ‘stand up’ and protest evil, we are refusing to ‘stand up’ for God!    God ‘stood up’ for us!   He, appointed his chosen and they’ stood’ up on behalf of him, so that we could know the ‘Glory of the Lord’!

Why is it today, we find that is not the norm.   Why is it prayer, the practice of loving one another through acts of compassion and forgivness are less prevalent?   It is true you know.   People act almost uncomfortable when one professes Christ.   I have seen this on different occasions, where it becomes very quiet when one speaks on behalf of Jesus?    Stop and consider this with me….if people believe in something, do they not ‘stand up’ on behalf of the conviction of their spirit?   So where are you in all of this?

Do you have a conviction of spirit?   It is most amazing people will ask me why and how, and what, to become spiritual; yet they do not wish to do the work!   To become sprititual to rise outside of the rubble (normal everyday routine), and to want a ‘real life,’ spirituality is the only answer.   However to ‘stand up’ and profess the love of God seems to be lacking today.

‘Stand up’ and rise out of the rubble and choose spirituality, and you will find yourself enlightened, and refreshed and renewed.

For, the love of God is present in the believer and the unbeliever alike.    The difference is the believer professes the light and in so doing becomes the light.   Why?   He has chosen to become enlightened by the Holy Spirit!   The Power of God resides therein.   If you can not and or will not ‘stand up’ for God, then you are indeed empowering yourself above God.   For God is from whom we get our life.   Eternally we share in this great love, when we profess the love of God through Jesus his Son.

So, why should you put yourself out there on behalf of God?   After all God loves you as you are, right?    True!   However, God wants you to be the best you that you can be, and that friend only comes when God becomes first!   True, we can achieve and not be spiritual, yet, to what end?   For whom are you doing it?  It becomes empty and devoid of purpose without the love of God as its benefactor.  In other words when the work you do is for the Glory of God, and your greatest desire is to know He is pleased and that pleases you, and that is all you ever wanted, then and finally then you will reap the rewards of a full and fruitful life.

Life without God is life without purpose!

Stand up and be heard!   For the love of God eminates from and through those who speak on behalf of Him!

Book of Luke: Chapter 16 verse 13 Jesus speaks

13) “No servant can serve two masters.     Either he will hate the one and love the other or be attentive to the one and despise the other.   You can not give yourself to God and money.”

Truth

What is your everything?   What matters most to you in your world?

It happens to all of us!   We find ourselves in harms way, and are at a loss as to what we should do.  I don’t know about you but I experience many emotions when trials come upon me.    First and foremost I call upon the LORD!  I ask HIM to help me understand and to guide me through my decisions.     This can sometimes put me in the company of one who is learned in the Faith that I so firmly believe in.    This is a gift!   For trusting is everything!   If we can not trust, what do we have?

We all know the life we live has challenges!    For some it is money, others health, some lonesomeness, others rocky marriages, unruly children, loss of jobs.    Whatever it is, not one of us is exempt!

Yet, through it all we all choose to handle our crisis’ differently.    Some hit the bottle, some do drugs, some have affairs, some committ suicide.   Whether we like to admit it to ourselves or not, we are in the hands of God our Father!

Years ago when I was small, my Mother would sing a song that went something like this: ‘He’s got the whole world in His hands, He’s got the whole  world in His hands, He’s got the whole wide world in His hands…. (refrain).   At any rate the world today would scoff at such a song.   We must return to our roots!    Our roots being the God who made us!!

When going home, we experience alot of different thoughts and emotions then too.    Yet how much thought is given to our heavenly home?    God our Father is our everything!   When we have a relationship with God our Father,  a peace that surpasses all understanding fills our heart; even when we are facing a crisis!    Simply because we know He knows and He is in charge.

Life can be scary, and challenging, but  the bottom line is God knows, God loves, and God is,  everything!  He is the best!   If you are not leaning on Him then who are you leaning on?   Everything and everyone else is an empty void, unless directed by God our Father Himself!   He is absolute!

Remember this: If you are losing your business, losing your marriage, losing hope, lean on God!    The love of the Father is perfect!    His bounty is in everything, and He knows!

Unfortunatley people do not give God a chance.   He in His wisdom tests our faithfulness when the trials come.    That is to say, He waits to see how you will handle it!   Will you betray Him?!    Will you curse Him?   Will you love Him?    Trusting Him and knowing, ‘all things work together for He who loves God?’

Know one can make our journey for us!   It is ours alone.   The relationships we choose to build are our choices.    If God is not  ‘ in the mix’  in your life, then where is He?   Is He first or second, or not at all?

Whatever the question, whatever the problem, there is an answer: God is the only answer.    For it is in Him we live, and move, and have our being!

Book of John: Chapter 14 verse 26

26)”The spirit of truth abideth in me and  teaches me all things.   He guides me into all truth.   I have perfect knowledge of every circumstance I come up against.”

Luke: Chapter 11 verses9-13   JESUS SPEAKS

9)”So I say to you, ‘Ask and you shall receive; seek and you shall find;knock and it shall be opened to you.’   10)”For whoever asks, receives; whover seeks , finds; whoever knocks is admitted.  11)”What Father among you will give his son a snake if he asks for a fish, 12)or hand him a scorpion if he asks for an egg?   13)If you, with all your sins, know how to give your children good things, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.”

TRUTH: Book of John- Chapter 3 verses 20-21  Jesus Speaks

20)”Everyone who practices evil hates the light; he does not come near it for fear his deeds will be exposed.   21)But he who acts in truth comes into the light, to make clear that his deeds are done in God.”

IMPRESSIONS

Sometimes when we start our day, we find ourselves in the most compromising of situations.     Perhaps that is why the Good Lord deems we should not know what lays before us.

It was on a Sunday afternoon when we came upon a estate sale and decided to stop and ‘explore’.

When we were exporing I came upon a Rosary.    The Rosary beads led me to believe the person was a Roman Catholic.   So I asked the man in charge of the sale if she had a ‘Sacred Heart of Jesus’ picture.   He showed me many others, but I only wanted the one I requested.

Whereby a conversation  originated.   He asked me where I go to church.   Having told him, He told me he use to be a ‘Deacon’ in the Catholic church but left the church because of the scandal.  He said, ‘he could not in clear conscience’ remain within the church,   because he did not approve of the scandal,  and  therefore had moved on.

At this point I told him: “You can not improve upon Jesus Christ!”   Jesus Christ is in the body and blood of the Eucharist!   The transformation of bread and wine is Jesus.   The world is trying to destroy Christ’s church.    It will never succeed.  It is evil that wishes to profess and demoralize the Church.   Once again I stated my position that Jesus is the church and His church will not be destroyed.   He walked away.

People around me were in awe.   I was fine with it.   I will tell you this, if you have ever been betrayed, or set up to look like you have done wrong, then you know what I am talking about.

Jesus Christ is being ‘flogged’ in the days in which we are living!  How?   The betrayal of morality.   The imoral is forcing its way upon the moral.

It’s been said, “If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything”!   If you can not stand with Christ then what kind of friend are you?!

Chapter 26 verses 69-75     BETRAYAL:

69)”Peter was sitting in the courtyard when one of the serving girls came over to him and said, “You too were with Jesus the Galilean.” 70)He denied it in front of everyone: “I do not know what you are talking about!” 71)When he went out to the gate another girl saw him and said to those nearby, “This man was with Jesus the Nazorean.” 72) Again he denied it with an oath: “I do not know the man!” 73) A little while later some bystanders came over to Peter and said,”You are certainly one of them! Even your accent gives you away!” 74) At that he began cursing, and swore, “I do not even know the man!” Just then the cock began to crow 75) and Peter remembered the prediction Jesus had made: “Before the cock crows, you will deny me three times.” He went out and began to weep bitterly.

Book of John: Chapter 6 verses 50-52-53=54

51)“This is the bread that comes down from heaven for a man to eat and never die.   51)I myself am the living bread come down from heaven.   If anyone eats this bread he shall live forever; the bread I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world.” 52)At this the Jews quarreled among themselves, saying,”How can he give us his flesh to eat?”   53 Thereupon Jesus said to them,”Let me solemnly assure you, if you do not eat the flesh of the Son Of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.   54)He who feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has life eternal, and I will raise him up on the last day.”

Book of John  Chapter 20:  verses 30-31

30)”Jesus performed many other signs as well-signs not recorded here-in the presence of his disciples.   31)But these have been recorded to help you believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, so that through this faith you may have life in his name.”

CHOICES

Daily, we make our choices.  Whether young or old, we are, our thoughts.   The emergence of thoughts provokes our action.

When we choose friends, we enjoy the similarities we embrace.   Once chosen, that decision reflects who we are and our desires.

Imagine if you will two rooms filled to capacity.   You can only choose one.   The wrong decision will cost you your life.

You stand at the crossroads, thinking ‘ no decision’ is indeed having decided!  However, as time elapses your realize you can not remain where you are.

The first room has music!  Laughter, and comradery fill the room. Everyone seems to be having a delightful time.

The second room is very quiet.   There is at face value, little going on,  seems boring!  People seem to be studying, and conferring.   They seem very serious.

The size and depth of the rooms can not be realized.   They can not see you, but you can see them.  Therefore, you can not ask any questions but must decide without any intervention.

Where do you stand?   Time is running out!

What would you do? Would you head for the party?  Would you head for the calmness, and solitude?

This is what destiny consists of!   The course we are on, is for the sake of our soul.   It can not be chosen by anyone but the owner of that soul.   There are no directions, and there is not anyone to ask.

Choice: Free will,’ or ‘His Will’   One door is the door to eternity, the other is the doorway to the abyss.   The eternity of the soul will reside there-in.   Once chosen the results are for eternity!

The excitment of the ‘day’ is partying!  Songs have been written, ‘there’s a party going on’ or ‘red solo cup’.   Whatever the song of the day, it seems there’s a party going on.

Life is not a party.   Though the thought and inclination of seventy five percent of souls walking is, ‘where’s the party?’   Let’s have a party!   Want to go to a party?   The life we live and are on course with now may be the determining factor of our eternity!

Are you the ‘party animal’?   or Are you the soul- searcher?   Where is your passion?  What is your passion?

Do you rise in the morning desiring, another party, another conquest?!   Is your direction governed by the choices that fill you wiles?

Have you looked to higher ground, chosen what is not immediate, but absolute?    Time is fleeting!

The time we have is on loan.  As with any loan, it will eventually become due.   When the ‘marker’ is called in and we are not ‘paid in full’ eternity will become, a never ending hell!

Harsh words?   Yes, to be sure!  Yet, there is no beating around the bush here; God decides.   The toll is ‘Jesus’!  He holds the ‘admission tickets!’ He knows who His ‘friends’ are.   Are you His friend?

If you said Yes, then I ask, ‘Are you there for Him?’   Do you profess Him in your actions, your speech and your work?   Does His being, center your life?  Do His concerns and desires for you, govern your life?  Do you follow His Ten Commandments, and pray to stay far from the ‘Seven Deadly sins?’   Do you know what the Ten Commandments , and the Seven Deadly Sins are?

Price Check!  Discover for yourself if you are indeed paid up?!   For Jesus is the ‘gate-keeper’!   He knows who’s paid and who isn’t!   If you don’t know him personally, how can you expect that He knows you personally?

In other words, are you ‘best friends’?    For Jesus should be to you, like that of a very best friend…someone you call upon regularly.  ‘What do you think, Lord?’  ‘Do you think I should do this?’

I can not say it enough, ‘the spirit that resides in each of us is from our ‘Heavenly Father’ and He wants a relationship with each of us’.   Jesus is the way to the Father.   Find Jesus and know the Father.   The Holy Spirit will then fill your heart and the desire of, peace beyond all understanding will be yours!

Jesus Speaks:  Book of John Chapter 10 verses 14-16

14)“I am the good shepherd.   I know my sheep and my sheep know me 15)in the same way that the Father knows me and I know the Father; for these sheep I will give my life.   16) I have other sheep that do not belong to this fold.   I must lead them, too, and they shall hear my voice.   There shall be one flock then, one shepherd.”
