Only God can set forth an example for all the world to see. Just as the rainbow is set on high for all the world to see, so are the stars that grace the sky and moon at night gives delight, so the ‘Son’ gives light.
In the every day circumstances of life we take for granted that which gives us delight. Whether is seeing someone we love or star gazing at night. From the smallest pleasure to the largest of circumstances we rarely stop and reflect on the magnificense of its being.
Because we all know the Lord can do all things, many hold the Lord responsiable when tragedy strikes. Yet, the Lord does not see things as we do, and does not think as we do. In His infinite wisdom, His greatest desire is to win us to Himself. So, He may take us to the Father. So, when time stops, and we find ourselves reflecting on the change of course in our lives, it is He who is speaking to us. He who wishes for us to stop and recognize that ‘all things will pass away’ but only He will remain. .
Only God can have two things opposing each other happening at the same time, in the same place, to prove a point. Only God can give us the desired wisdom to recognize He is and always will be. For He wishes for us to ask. For humility is Gods greatest delight. For the ‘power’ and the ‘glory’ are His alone.
When people become infused within the world, they lose their identity. Their very soul! For Gods master plan is to delight His children and show them the love of who He is! That is why He gave us a very part of Himself, Jesus his Son! For it is knowing the Son that we come to know the Father. For the Son shows us the way, teaches us the truth and gives us eternal life.
It is evil which is all opposing to everything the Father loves that destroys the soul who does not come into the light.
The blood of Christ washes away the sins of the believer, and the truth is then revealed. So, impossiable to believe, it must be experienced. The experience is real! The transfiguration is real! The truth is real! The love of Christ is real! For it is in keeping company with God, that we become His delight!
When there is prosperity, all are delighted. When there is destitution, there is sorrow. Where there is love there is joy, and where there is hate there is war!
In the small state of North Dakota, there has been oil discovered, and prosperity reigns. Yet, at the same time there has been a great flood that occurred . On one side of the river, were those who found themselves among the wealthiest over-night! On the other side were those who lost there homes and everything they worked for! All occurring at the same time. Only God can do this. Only God can make a point so profoundly, that one can not help but see His handiwork. For God chooses whom He will elevate, and who He will cast down.
The God of the universe does things for us so that we may know He is! He holds the moon the stars, and the elements within His grasp. The simplicity of who we are comes to light.
Sin, is in the world. When we do not refuse sin, but ‘delight’ in it, we are opposing God! We then fall from ‘grace’ and darkness covers the earth. God, from the dawn of time has set forth His examples for all the world to see. He has sent His prophets and gave us His Son. He waits for you and me. The relationship we have with our Father is for the asking. We must ask! We must desire, and we must work at pleaseing the Father. For the glory is His alone!
Book of Luke Chapter 12 verses 54-57 Jesus speaks:
54) he said to the crowds: “When you see a cloud rising in the west, you say immediately that rain is coming-so it does. 55) When the wind blows from the south, you say it is going to be hot-and so it is. 56)You hypocrites! If you can interpret the portents of the earth and sky, why can you not interpret the present time? 57) Tell me, why do you not judge for yourselves what is just?”
Luke Chapter 12 verses 16-21 Jesus speaks on wealth:
16)He told them a parable in these words: ” There was a rich man who had a good harvest. 17) ‘What shall I do?’ he asked himself. ‘I have no place to store my harvest. 18) I know! He said. ‘I will pull down my grain bins and build larger ones. All my grain and all my goods will go there. 19) “Then I will say to myself: You have blessings in reserve for years to come. Relax! Eat heartily, drink well. Enjoy yourself. 20) But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life shall be required of you. To whom will all this piled -up wealth go?’ 21) That is the way it works with the man who grows rich for himself instead of growing rich in the sight of God.”
